A new player joins the server and wants to know how he can report another player, he also states he has sufficient evidence. Explain how you'd go about this and resolve the situation.
I would explain to the player how the reporting system works, I would send him the URL to the forum and the template and the section were it must be posted. I would also tell him a member of staff would respond to it asap.


Explain what you would do in a situation where a player was chat spamming.
I would verbally warn the person once asking him to stop.. (1 out of 2 warnings), if he continued I would tell him I've already verbally warned him, give him a second warning and mute him for 5 minutes. If he continued once un-muted, I would give him another 3rd warning with a 10 minute mute, if he continued it would lead to a temp ban by an administrator.


Explain how you'd deal with a player that's harassing and disrespecting another player in-game.
I would kindly and calmly ask the player to stop disrespecting, If he refused to I would give him 1 out of 2 warnings and mute him for 5 minutes, if he used derogatory language towards the player I would probably mute him for 10 minutes. If he continued to disrespect other players once un-muted, I would mute him again and contact an administrator to ban him.




Why should you be chosen?

I think I should be chosen because I've spent a long time in ZARP, I have been well dedicated for over 3 years now. I want to be able to stop people from ruining everyone elses fun on the server, hacking, disrespecting etc. If I became moderator I would keep my activity just as good as SSRP, I've had good experience with Minecraft from old ZARP along with Gregory TW!X, I've also owned past communities and administrated large ones before, some sold, some just died. However, I know the rules, I know how majority of the well-known plugins work. I believe overall I would fit the ZARP Minecraft Staff team amazingly because of my experiences and great knowledge of the rules and commands of plugins.
