Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop. :
If someone new joins the server and asks how to BHOP , I would first give them a basic tutorial.Introduce them to autojump and strafing.Its very difficult to show someone how to BHOP by just telling them what to do so I would link them to a youtube tutorial.If they need further assistance then I'd be willing to do that.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming. :
If someone is MIC/Chat spamming I would first give them a verbal warning to stop.If they continue to spam after I have verbally warned them twice , I would mute/gag them for a certain amount of time.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server. :
If someone is exploiting on the server I will first give them a verbal warning not to do it again because its not always clear on whats an exploit and whats not.If they continue I would have to contact an admin about it and get them to ban the person.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words). :
I feel I should be chosen because I'm pretty active on BHOP.I am actively learning new things and I hope to be really active on the server.I have experience of being trusted with powers because I am an ex-admin on Deathrun and SSRP.I know my responsibilities as a staff member and I am good at fulfilling my duties.I really enjoy playing BHOP and I get on well with the players! I have alot of fun playing BHOP and I feel I would be a great addition to the staff team!

Extra Information: (Not Required) My gametrackers may look low , but it is because when I am playing BHOP I have a habit of not finishing maps that I don't get a good time on. An example of this is when I was playing a map and was practising to get the best time possible , it was a 3-4 minute map and I kept respawing over 125 times which meant all the time I had been practising the map never got counted. The gametracker on BHOP works differently where as it only counts the time if you finish a map. I did not know this so I'll try to beat maps everytime so it counts on the gametracker. I'd say in total I've definetely lost a good dozen hours the past days from this.
