No, but the if you press on the video it gets downloaded only for you, it wont download AFTER he is dead, it is also only 10 second, it will lag for about 3 seconds and get gone

But the server would have to be recording for everyone at all times, in case someone wanted to view the footage. It's complicated, so I will just tell you that it will lag the server ALOT.
