You can get a really good pc for a decent money today if you know how you can even build it yourself personaly i am using a 500€ laptop that is not the best but it is pretty good ( Intel i3 and a GTX 710M) ofcurse there are cheaper pc's just if you are buying a laptop dont buy one without a graphics card you will not be able to even play minecraft....
