If you really want to go with that argument we'd have a lot more rulebreakers. Its clear to staff when someone has obviously broken a rule (with a few exceptions) players can always appeal. When the staff member speaks to the member of staff that banned the player they may mention that there was no video/screenshot proof favouring more in your direction.
