Positives

- Friendly.

Negatives

- App could look nicer.

- if you have to warn a player for being disrespectful then a mute/warn would follow based on what form of communication they are using. You would also try to get a higher member of staff to come and handle the situation before kicking a player as a last resort.

- You do not have the required amount of game time on the server to become a staff member. Players are required to have 15 hours on the server before applying, you currently have 8.2 hours.
- Inconsistent activity.

How To Improve

- Get above 15 hours of total game time on the server.
- Get your activity more consistent and at least 6+ hours per week since this is the minimum requirement for all staff on the server.
- Possibly make your application look a little nicer, using colours helps.
- Update your disrespectful player question.
