Negatives

- No Example for Ghosting
- You would not kick a player for constant disrespect, contact an Admin+ to come and handle the situation first. Also, no mention of an actual warning after the verbal?
- Not seen you in game yet, so don't know how you are on the server.
- No mention of you actually wanting to help the server in the 'Why you should be chosen' section. Also we ask that this section is at least 75 words, you only have 33.

How to improve

- Get your activity consistent and above 6 hours per week as this is the minimum requirement for all staff on the DR server.
- Expand your ghosting section with an example using an in-game situation.
- Update your disrespectful player situation.
- Expand your 'Why you should be chosen' section. Tell us why making you a staff member would benefit the server rather than just saying you are trusted.
