Yesterdays gametime didn't save so I screenshotted it!

Server 2 - Don't play on server 2 much but Click here
I will try and get more hours on both servers so we can have staff on both servers and not have loads on one. EDIT: The last few days I have been on Server 2 more to try and get more hours on that server!

Due to me applying straight to admin. I thought it would be better to write both moderator application and admin application in one.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario
RDM - Random Death Match
Is killing someone for a non-RP reason or no reason at all.
E.G Player Y gets a gun out of his inventory and Sprays at Spawn, and the Reason for this was: "I'm bored."
E.G Player X Throws a grenade's around the place. We asked the reason for this he said: "No Reason" or "I don't care"
E.G Player X doesn't like Player Y so he kills him
E.G Player Y Looks at Player Y strange so he kills him.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario
NLR - New Life Rule
This is returning to a place that you previously died or information that you have gathered in another life you use.
E.G Player x Raids Player y's gunshop. Player y gets mad and come back to kill Player x.
E.G Player y Dies in a the PD, so Player y spawns and tell the government officials there that a he died there. He died as a hit.
E.G Player x says to his friend that his base if being raided after he died there.

Explain "MetaGaming" and give an example scenario
MetaGaming is when someone uses OOC(Out of Character) Chat to communicate with someone in RP terms.
E.G Player X says in OOC, "My Gun-shop is being raided HELP!"
E.G Player Y says in OOC, "I'm being kidnapped help, I'm at *****"
E.G Player Y says in OOC, "I have printers, Come Raid me"

Explain how you would handle the following situation
Player x accuses Player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed Player x
I would Bring Player x and Player y to a sit, where I would ask Player y if he RDMed Player x
If he says Yes and says sorry to Player x.I will check for Player y if he has any warnings of RDM before.
If he does not I will Give Player y a Verbal Warning telling him to try not to do it again and visit the rules to not get caught by doing /motd.
If he does I will have to give him another warning.
If Player y does not own up to RDMing Player x I will ask Player x if he has any proof.
If he does have proof and it shows him RDMing for not Complying with the rules I will warn him Twice for RDM + Lying to a (Insert Rank Here).
If no proof can be provided I will say "Sorry I can't do anything without proof, next time I will need proof to warn him."

If he does I will have to give him another warning.

Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
When I was moderator before I resigned I feel like I had contributed to the staff team and helped out a lot of users/players with there F1's
So I think that the time that I was moderator (even if it was a long time ago) I learnt enough that even now I can become admin without being moderator before because I remember everything that I encountered while I was a moderator and what I learnt from that.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

This happend along time ago but I thought I would add this as this happend when I was moderator.
When someone was Mass RDMing in spawn, there was no admins online so I took him to a roof and talked to him, he said he was sorry and it was his brother so I warned him and let he to roleplay.
10 minutes later, I get an f1 saying he is RDMing again.
So I talk to him again and he starts swearing at me so I started to record but then i made a mistake and clicked it twice so I stopped recording(My mistake).
If I was Admin I could of banned him instead of mistaking stopping recording.
He got away without the punishment he needed so makes me upset that I let him get away without punishment for damaging other people's roleplay and failing to do my duty's.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Congratulations you are now a moderator for Zarp SSRP servers. Here are the basics

F1 - Is a report system this shows what reports have not been handled and f1's that are being handled.
First click on the Report at the top If it is not being handled right click and click "Handle this"
Secondly right click on the report and GOTO the player that made the report bring him to the roof and begin a sit.
Thirdly if you need to check the logs, The third tab shows the logs in the past 10 minutes. Which include Join/Disconnect, kills , arrests and name changes .
There is a tab where you can find all warnings that have been given out in the past 10 minutes.
If you warned the wrong guy right click on the warn and click unwarn.
The image below gives you an idea of what the f1 menu looks like!

F6 - Is a list of Punishment the user has had ever on the server.
Click on the drop down box and select the player that you would like to check punishments for if he is not in the server goto the bottom and click search then you can use a STEAMID
You can see all their bans, warns and other punishments

Commands

/bring (Name/SteamID) - Brings the person to your Position. I do not recommend using this due to when you try and /back (Name/SteamID) it will not work.
/teleport (Name/SteamID) - Teleports the person to where you are looking at.
/goto (Name/SteamID) - Goto's the person who is targeted
/back (Name/SteamID) - Returns the person back to the last position. Does not work when /bring command is used before.
/freeze (Name/SteamID) - Freezes a player - Use this when the player is RDMing and will not stop or Running away from you.
/slay (Name/SteamID) explode/rocket/silent - Kills the person Targeted
/kick (Name/SteamID) (reason) - Makes the targeted user leave the server.
/warn (Name/SteamID) (reason) - Gives the player a warning
/unwarn (Name/SteamID) - Removes a players warning
/chatmute (Name/SteamID) (Time) - Mutes the player from speaking in chat for the time you inputted
/unchatmute (Name/SteamID) - Makes the player be able to chat again
/voicemute (Name/SteamID) (Time) - Mutes the player from speaking in voice chat for the time you inputted
/unvoicemute (Name/SteamID) - Makes the player be able to voice chat again
/// (message) - This is admin chat(Which should only be used for Administrative reasons)

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I will reduce the ban to 2 Weeks due to Prop Spam is a serious rule that he has broken but he put a lot of effort and detail in the appeal so I accepted it.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I have been active and professional enough to become a Admin of Zarp even now and from when I was moderator I gained enough experience to know what I am doing for admin even now!
I had handled a lot of F1's also I love helping people even to this day I love doing f1's.
I am very dedicated to the server and come on mostly all the time I can as you can see by my game trackers.
I think I have had enough experience as moderator to prove that I am ready for Administrator.
I am very friendly well I think so that is all personal opinion.
When someone breaks a rule, If they tell me they do not know the rule I explain what the rule is to them so they know for future reference.
The only reason I want to be Administrator is so I can help players with their requests without having to call for an Administrator every time and wasting their time when they could be doing requests.
Hope everyone can give me a chance as Administrator again to see how well I help players with their requests.
