when you can, and follow the rules. Since you had 5 recent warnings it looks like you have little understanding of the rules of the server, so I'd suggest you re-read them carefully and ask for clarification on parts you're confused on.

Also, being staff isn't for everybody. Being denied time and time again means it's either not for you, or you need to seriously change the way you're behaving on SSRP and across the community in general.

You know that he can apply whenever he likes and he can use his same application..

Like Sally already pointed out, I never said he couldn't use the same application over and over again as he applies week after week, but that's not really going to get him anywhere. Like Einstein once said, the definition of insanity is doing something over and over again and expecting a different result.

Even though you got denied for having warnings that doesn't mean your application is perfect and can't be modified. I'm sure you could expand on a few parts, like your explanations of the rules and being more specific in your why you section on what you're actually going to do as a Mod to help the server. Also, in my eyes you saying you put 100% effort in all of your applications is 100% false, copying and pasting without changing anything requires no effort whatsoever.
