when you can, and follow the rules. Since you had 5 recent warnings it looks like you have little understanding of the rules of the server, so I'd suggest you re-read them carefully and ask for clarification on parts you're confused on.

Also, being staff isn't for everybody. Being denied time and time again means it's either not for you, or you need to seriously change the way you're behaving on SSRP and across the community in general.
