Suggestion Title: Making a rule clearer.

How would it benefit the server: Currently there is a lot of confusion about the "Ban evading" rule, as some people get banned and try to join SSRP 2, not knowing that bans apply for both servers, and playing while the autosync catches up, getting their ban extended. Currently the rule looks like this:It would be better if it looked like this:
