Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: Being an Admin will let me stop the prop spammers faster and the rdmers faster because i will have the abillity to use physgun to being them up to a roof without going through the hassle of tping

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around: So this one time which was this week this person called "Deadpool" was being followed by Darren the mod and said he told him to stop and he felt hes being harassed so what i had to do is ask bananaslanger to tp to me and ask deadpool what happened and he told darren not to do it.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
I would say that they need to get their activity up as high as possible and to deal with situations properly and to remember contact an admin+ if you need any help.
These are the commands that Moderators get:
Kick: Gives you the power to kick people out of the server use this to kick people prop spamming mass disrespecting etc.

Mute Chat: Gives you the power to mute someone's chat to stop them typing in chat, use this when someone is chat spamming.

Unban from job: This unbans people from jobs if they got demoted for no reason this command is useful.

Freeze: This gives you the power to freeze someone in place, use this to stop RDMers or Prop spammers.

Slay: This give you the power to kill someone without a gun (automatically dies) use this when a citizen has a big gun.

Mute Globally: This gives you the power to mute someone's Voice and Chat for a certain amount of time, use this for chat and mic pammers.

Mute: This gives you the power to Mute someone's voice, use this for mic spammers and people disrespecting.

Teleport: This gives you the power to teleport to where your facing, use this to teleport someone to a roof if they have broken a rule.
Goto: This gives you the power to goto someone (basically teleporting to someone), use this when someone has made an f1.

Bring: This gives you the power to bring someone to you, use this when someone has reported a rule breaker.

Back: Makes you go back to your last location or spawn, use this when your done with an f1 or teleporting someone back to thier last location.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?:
I will accept the appeal and i will say i will give him another chance as it was his first ban and hes new to the server.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be promoted because during my time as moderator i have been through a lot of things like dealing with RDMers NLRers etc. and i feel like i have gained enough experience to become an Admin. Using the ban command will also help in a lot of situations such as people mass rule breaking, being racist, threatening to DDOS the server etc. also i want to help the server further by becoming admin. I am also well experienced with the ban command and other kinds of commands on death run. I also know how to deal with situations properly by asking for proof for RDM, big gun as citizen etc..
