Your picture shows you laying dead on the ground multiple things could have happened the cop could have been there to arrest the gangster but did that after the picture was taken. I cannot ASSUME that he was helping said gangster there for im gonna have to deny it for 2 reasons. Not enough proof. and your steam id proof is not valid due to it not being taken ingame while the player was online.
