Suggestion Title: Adding Gang tags

How would it benefit the server: It would be someting new that gangs that have more than 3 basic ranks(member, officer, leader)

Potential Issues/Exploits: Complicated to code

Additional notes:
So my idea is Lets say we add a new menu called "Gang ranks" that a gang leader can use.
So the idea of this is if a leader modifies the ranks he can add custom ranks with each rank having there own tag
(example Rank leader= Tag |NS Leader|; (Player with no gang rank: Roky Johnson, Player with gang rank: |NS Leader| Roky Johnson))
I had this idea for a while i do think this is pretty hard to code in.
