A few improvements for your application is that it could be laid out a little better as it looks like one big block of text. Try to experiment using different spaces between paragrahs and using different colours. I would also suggest to look at other applications where the user was accepted to see how to lay it out and what content to provide in the application. Another would be to try and expand some of your answers.
