What if the player doesn't have proof and the player y is not going to admit it?

If a player admits that he has killed the player for no reason, i think that you should give him a warning.. The player that got killed can get really frustrated because he lost something. But thats your own opinion.. Same here what if the player doesn't have proof? and player y is not going to admit it?

I don't really know what you're meaning with this... NLR = When someone got killed in a district and if he's going back to the same district within 3 minutes he's breaking the rule. After 3 minutes you can go back
