Just before you read the application, I just wanted to tell people, that I have made an improvement from when I was last banned. Please understand that my recent warnings were from when I was a rule breaker, but now I am a changed person and I have only broken 1 rule within nearly 2 weeks, and I am sorry for what I did.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Player Z kills player Y with no valid Roleplay reason to kill him.
Example: 'Player Z is walking down the side walk and sees player Y and decides to kill him'
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
Player Z kills player Y for a valid Roleplay reason, than player Y comes back to the suburbs he died in
Example: Player Z kills player Y for not dropping his money in a mug, and then player Y comes back to the suburbs he died in.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
When someone types something that should be in advert in ooc, it is concidered Metagaming.
Example: Player Z is trying to advertise that he is selling his Thundergun, Player Z types "/ooc Selling Thundergun!"
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask player x if he has any proof of the rdming situation, and ask player y why he killed player x. If player y admits to it and or player x has proof of player y rdming him, player y will get a warning. If player y said he had a valid reason and or player x has no proof, I would dismiss the admin sit and handle the next f1 or go back to what I was doing.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would ask player y why he had broken nlr and ask player x why he killed player y. If player y has got any recent warns for nlr (before this nlr) I would warn him, if he had not got any recent warns for nlr and/or understands nlr, I will give him a verbal warning and dismiss the admin sit. If player x killed player y for a non valid Roleplay reason, I would warn him and repeat what I did in the sentence before this, if player x did have a valid reason to kill him, I would let him off and repeat the last sentence. If neither of these rules were broken, I would dismiss the admin sit.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would bring player x to an admin sit and tell him that he has broken the rule 'Metagame' and explain how Metagaming works, if he knew it was against the rules or has any suspicion of doing it before, I will warn him, if he has not had experience with Metagaming, I would verbaly warn him, than I would dismiss the admin sit and teleport him back to his origional spot and go back to whatever I was doing.
