Why should we choose you: I believe I should be chosen as a Moderator because of my experience, professionalism, and dedication. Since joining Friendly Players more than 3 years ago now I've held multiple staff positions in the community including Global Moderator, Flood Owner, DarkRP Head Admin, HL2:RP Super Admin, and more. I've also held positions in Zarp like TTT owner, Section Moderator, and SSRP Administrator.
While being a staff member on these servers I tried my hardest to make everybody's experience the most fun possible by handling player questions, rule breakers, and other situations to the best of my ability and want to do the same on the Minigames server. I'm also looking forward to possibly having the opportunity to participate in meetings so I have a voice in the server's future, it seems like a success so far and I want to keep it that way. Although it's hard to judge activity since the server just released, my gametracker will show consistency come the meeting and will stay that way as long as possible. I'm familiar with the server rules, the different gamemodes and how they all work, and general staff guidelines of the server and community.


What would you do if a player was micspamming and shouting racist slurs
I would immediately gag and warn the player and let them know that kind of behavior isn't tolerated whatsoever on the server, especially any form of racism or discrimination. Since the player was shouting racial slurs and depending on how bad they were/what the situation is, I would call an admin or higher onto the server, let them know what's going on and discuss possible punishments and actions with them.

Explain a situation where you would kick a player
I would kick a player in a situation where they're consistently disrupting everybody else's experience on the server by trolling, using offensive or racist names, breaking gamemode specific rules, etc. I'll be sure to use the kick command only when necessary and appropriate.

Player X is spawn-camping on Sniper Wars. Everyone is telling him to stop but he does not listen. What would you do in this situation?
I would let that player know that spawn camping is against the rules of Sniper Wars and that he or she needs to immediately stop whatever they're doing to camp it, and issue a warning. If the player is clearly ignoring what I'm telling them and is continuing to spawn camp I would kick them from the server so everybody could get back to playing the game the way it's meant to be played.

What would you do if you found two players boosting for XP?
I'd let them know that they both need to stop because they aren't allowed to boost and warn them. If they continued I would kick them from the server and let an admin know what was going on in case they needed to be banned.
