What is Ghosting?: Ghosting is when you are dead and you are telling they where to go.
Ghosting is when a dead player or death is telling alive players what to do/where to go/tell a code etc.Example:A player forgot the code on the map helix,I like poop tells the alive player the code.That is ghosting

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: I would tell them to stop disrespect (give them a verbal warning) and if they dont stop i will warn him.If you warn them,you need to mute/gag them too

Why I should be chosen: I have plenty of experiece with both admin systems used on the server (FAdmin and ULX).
In the short time I was on the server I helped many players with E2.
My experience as admin and playtime on gmod has made me familiar with many types of hacks and exploits which allows me to stop these problems.
I am very experienced with E2 and now how to counter some of the most common ways people use E2 to ruin others experience (eg. flashing screens and lights that crash servers).Could put more detail into it

]When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?: I Can use the ban command if they are using hack/ script and if they are trolling. (I will tell them to stop trolling but when they aren't stoping they will get banned)

Why I should be promoted: I love G-Mod and Deathrun.
On my previous servers I was a superadmin and well respected in my community.
I had over two weeks of playtime on that server and had tons of fun.
I love admining and want to create a minge free experience for everyone on the server.
I've been looking around for a good Gmod server for a while now and I think this is the one.
I want to find a new permanent server to play and have fun with others on.
Some of the more popular servers are just pay to win with full custom jobs and OP weapons for donators.
My time on this server has allowd me to see that this server is not like that.
It provides a fair and fun experience for all players and does not give donators or staff an advantage.
I am interested in meeting new people and making new friends and I believe I can do that on this server.
I would love to become apart of this community and help it grow.
