What would you do if a player was micspamming and shouting racist slurs?
I would straight up tell them to stop, if they do not abide, i would gag/mute the player, if something happens like them leaving the server or the map changing etc etc, and they get unmuted/ungagged and continue to be racist/micspam, i would call and admin to ban them, and i would take action to mute/gag them.

Explain a situation where you would kick a player.
If a player did something ban worthy and and they continued doing it and there is nothing a mod could do, other than gag/mute or warn, i would kick them then get a higher staff to punish them with a ban.

Player X is spawn-camping on Sniper Wars. Everyone is telling him to stop but he does not listen. What would you do in this situation?
I would tell player x to stop camping, then inform the player that if he does not abide, he would be warned and slayed, if he does not abide to this and continues to do this after a warn/slay, i would kick the player, if he does this after all of this, i would inform an admin to deal with the player.

What would you do if you found two players boosting for XP?
I would give them a verbal and tell them to stop. If they continue doing it i would warn them, if they do it still, i would call an admin to deal with the situation.

Why?

I played minigames before it was released and i was trusted and did not break any rules. I have also played this gamemode on other servers and find minigames extremely enjoyable and the fact that now it's on ZARP is amazing. I know minigames rules and i'm friendly and enthusiastic. I going to be extremely active and am going to try my absolute hardest to keep minigames rulebreaker free, and if it comes to it, cheater free. I haven't really broken rules on other servers. Also i am friends with some of the owners and current staff.
Furthermore i am staff on TTT so i am trusted as staff and know how to abide to rules!

I really would love to be a staff on minigames as i find the gamemode extremely fun and are friends with staff.
If chosen for this rank i will be extremely dedicated to fulfilling my rank and dealing with cheaters and general rulebreakers.
