Today 12/08/2019 we released an update for TTT containing the following content:

[Add] Anti-Stuck addon to prevent players from being stuck from inside of each other Disabled due to bugs with this, we found out the issue and will work on a fix soon!
[Fix] Missing textures should be fixed and automatically download from the fastdl
