Your activity is good this week but you have no activity for the past weeks. My advice is to get atleast 2 weeks of solid activity before you apply for moderator.You also keep changing your steam name , just stick to one for convenience sake.

For your RDM situation , you only ask for proof if the stories don't match. If both players have different stories only then you ask for proof. The same procedure follows for the NLR situation.Also im pretty sure you started playing in February not April.

Detail your application a bit more and try to clean it up a little, it looks very messy.Other than that everything else is pretty good.
