As a moderator I have had a lot of situations that were like an obstacle to me, for example, once, I had to deal with a group of mass RDMers which wouldn't stop doing it. I was freezing them and warning them as there were no admins online. If I was an administrator and had the new commands like banning or jailing, I could have handled those guys easily and quickly.

F1 menu:
Now, when you press F1, this one looks different. The F1 menu is used to handle F1s, it shows both handled and unhandled F1 (which are currently active). If the F1 is not handled, right click it and press "Handle". You will then see those commands: Goto, Bring and Mark as finished. If you started handling the F1 you press Goto in order to go to the player and assist him. If you have done handling the F1, press "Mark as finished".You also see 2 more things: Warnings and Logging. The warning menu shows the warns that have given by staff members since the last server restart.
The logging shows arrests, kills, warrants, bounties placed and more! It is useful in sits and you are going to use it alot.
F6 Menu
The F6 menu is used to see a certain player's punishments, for example: Bans, Warns, Jails, Kicks...
In order to use it, you choose the player's name, if he is on the server at that very moment.
If he is not currently online, you can use his SteamID to search for his punishments.
Note:
You can also use this commands in the tab menu, not only typing the binds in the chat, but it is easier for me to use the binds in the chat.
Admin Chat
The admin chat is used to talk about things that are related to staff and not roleplay.
To use it type

The Mod On Duty job is used to handle F1s in the server or help players, it cannot be used for roleplay stuff.
