I think you should've waited before posting another application already. Proving that you're dedicated to something takes time to do, which means more than a week. If I were you I'd play consistently and very actively over the next couple weeks while following the rules, being friendly, and helping out when I can. Be patient, work hard and you'll get staff soon enough.
