I don't really think you have worked at all to re gain trust within the staff team, it kinda just feels to me like you want your rank back for the sake of it. And judging by what para's said already, you clearly don't understand how to conduct yourself in the server, as i don't really think that language is appropriate, gang chat or not.
On the flip side, you were a great admin during your time on the staff team, and i had no real issues with you during your time as an administrator. You are also active and very friendly.
