CSGO 1v1 Details

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
To start of if it was banter but could of been disrespectful i would give them a verbal warning, If they do it again after this i would mute/gag them for 5 Minutes. If they do this again ill give them an hour ban.
If its racism i would tell them to stop at first. If the carry on after this i would give them a 2-7 Day ban depending on how serious it is.

How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic )
I would first ask them to stop. If they did not i will gag them for 5 Minutes, If they carry on i would kick them for Mic spamming. If they carry on i would give an hour ban.

How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server)
First i would get enough proof that hes hacking. If i have valid proof (Such as an anti - cheat etc) If the player was Bhop Scripting i would ban them for a week. If the player was wallhacking,esp or aimbotting it would be a permanent ban.

Why should I be chosen?: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become Admin, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words))) Well i should be chosen as i think i should be given a chance. Yes i know on SSRP i have been banned alot and warned alot. I have learnt from this and i bought Csgo just to play this server. Most of the time when a player is breaking a rule with no admins on whatsoever i would always try and get a admin on or tell them to stop. I haven't been toxic on this server because i like playing it. This showing i care about the CSGO server on a whole. On the side note alot of you might recognise me for being a Toxic, Mingey kid what doesnt care about anything. I really do not want to be recognised for this but recognised for good things, Like being a great admin or helping players out. I have read the Servers rules many of times and i understand all of them. I also have no punishments whatsoever on the server. I'm also applying because ive seen player on that are breaking rules. And due to the low amount of staff it cant be handled most of the time. I feel like the 1v1 Community has changed me in many ways.
I am also Friendly,Trustworthy,Mature,Honest and overall a nice person!
I hope you do the right thing and choose me to become staff of the server!
