Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?

I was the only staff on the server when 2 people started mic spamming.I have muted them.After that , they started mass rule breaking.They were trap stealing,trap spamming,and more.I could only warn them.After i warned the first guy first time,they both left and didn't came back,or they did with another acc/name later.If i was an admin,i could easly ban them for a week and a half each.

I should be promoted because i am:
Experienced:I am also staff on 2 other zarp servers,and i have been a super admin on a server before.
Trust:As i said before,i am staff on 2 other server,so i think i am pretty trusted!I am also in zarp for 1 whole year!
Passion:I have put a lot of time in zarp,and i will still put a lot of time in zarp,as it is my favorite community,i hope i will never leave it!

I have never been warned/punished on the server and i understand the rules.I am friendly , and i like to help people.
