What kind of an example is set when someone hacks, exploits as a staff member in the past, leaves the community to make his own, and then comes back asking for the same level of trust and we give it to him. Not to mention the application itself, which has a why you section that barely gets by at 144 words and seems roughly thrown together with little to no effort put into it (could be a language thing, if that's the case I apologize and the last sentence can be disregarded).

We shouldn't set the precedent that you can do whatever you please and if you do something bad all we need is an apology and we forget all about it.
