Sure, when someone breaks some minor rules and they usually never do I can look past it and maybe support them getting a staff position. Hacking and using exploits as a staff member are a totally different situation imo. As a staff member you're supposed to uphold and respect the rules while representing the community itself, hopefully in a positive way. Staff members are supposed to be good examples of how to act while playing our servers. If Walter was serious and wanted to spend a long time in the community while being a staff member he wouldn't have hacked, exploited, or gone to make his own community. There's plenty of candidates with clean(er) records that deserve the position more.
