When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
Would be appropriate to use it when players do the following:

Mass Rulebreak
(constantly breaking rules) ban lenght would depend on what rule's that was broken.

Avoiding punishment
Leaving the server to avoid punishment(s). Ban length: 2 days

Death threats
1 week

Hacking
Permanent ban would be appropriate, if the player refuses to turn it off.

DDos threats
Permanent ban.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
As a moderator you don't have alot of commands, the admin commands would make it alot easier, not just for me but other players on the server. I've encountered plenty situations when I was a mod where using the ban command would be appropriate punishment.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words)
I have alot of experience when it comes to staffing, as I am currently SSRP admin and was a deathrun admin twice. I am trusted with powers and would never abuse them to get an advantage ingame. I pretty much already know all the commands as I still remember them from when I was a staff, and I know when it's appropriate to use all of them. I'm extremly friendly ingame and haven't broken a rule in 6-7 months.
