In the video i can see that you are standing right next to a wall and the thunder gun no clipped trough it. i went to that particular spot in game and found out there was a room right next to it. i decided to test it with a thunder gun and dropped it where you were standing. it did not drop in the room next to it but actually disapeared. ONLY for this reason im willing to refund you as this was totally out of your hands. next time do not holster when looking at a wall.
