You are a great and friendly guy in-game and I see you helping the new players on the server. However I am yet to see you deal with situations. (Not a negative) Because of this I cannot say how you deal with situations or handle pressure when people are breaking rules. You have great gametime, nearly 20 hours this week, this shows that you are dedicated to the server and as long as you keep that up, it will work out great for you!

My only concern is that you haven't been a moderator for that long, so I am unsure as to how much experience you have gathered from such a short time being a staff member.
