Suggestion Title: Sharpened Glacier Fragment

How would it benefit the server: We currently have a broken level 35 sword. If this suggestion is accepted, we will have a unique and interesting addition to the content and unlocks for players on the server!

Potential Issues/Exploits: None that I can think of, in fact it would be fixing a potential issue as currently there's a level 35 sword but it's not usable.
