Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop.

I would ask him if he got TS3, if he got TS3 ill get him in my channel. If he joined the Channel ill ask him what does he already know about B-hop, after that, im going to tell him the basics. ( Pressing W once than Holding space pressing A and use the mouse to watch to the left, pressing D and watch to the right. ) After i told him that in a longer explanation. Im going to ask him if he completely understood what i said, if he hasn't understood everything i will repeat what i said. Then i will see if he can actually use the new knowledge ingame. The last thing is Improvement.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming.

I would ask the player nicely to stop his actions Text/Mic Spamming, if he still continues i will punish him for his actions. These depends on what he does and how Badly he does it.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server.

I would tell the user that what he did was an Exploit, and isn't meant to be able on this Server. which means i would tell him to Stop. If he still continues using the Exploit, i would punish him, if he still continues i would kick him, if he reconnects and STILL Does it, ill call an Admin to Ban this person.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words).

I enjoy B-hop very much, but sometimes i play there and there is no staff member, which makes the players think they can go ahead and Disrespect Everyone, as i feel the server has got lack of Staff members, i think i should apply as i feel much fun Playing B-Hop and also more fun Playing B-Hop on an Non disrespectful server. i do know how to handle multiple Situations and i know how to handle them calm and nicely. I can get the Difference between banter and going way too far.

I do know i don't have that Great Game time, but im going to improve this. And i will stay active.
