What is the bug? Console banning for false/random amounts of time when detecting ban evasion.

When did you encounter the issue? Noticed it many times now but I just witnessed it on the server and it prompted me to finally make a post. I did mention it in the discord a little while ago.

How can we reproduce the issue? Can't really reproduce as it happens when someone ban evades, but I'll give examples.

So there's an auto system in place when a user is detected ban evading where the console bans the ALT being used. The main account does not receive any additional punishment and the ALT account is banned for an odd amount of time, that just seems very random every time I've seen it. From experience on other servers and when I used to be TTT staff, ban evaders were supposed to have their main and ALT permanently banned, which is clearly not what this system does, so I'm fairly sure it's not working how it should.

Example: This guy got banned for 1 week today: Rapsheet
And not long after came back on the server on an ALT ban evading to which the console banned for 604034 minutes which is a rather strange amount of time when converted to days or weeks. The ban. I was told this system was supposed to ban the ALT for the same amount of time that their main was banned for, which I don't think is the right form of punishment for ban evasion either way, but clearly that's not working how it should, seen as the main received a 1 week ban and the ALT received approximately 60 days.
