Eh it's supposed to just allow you to infinitely sprint, the bar has no meaning here when using the Stamin-up perk

That doesn't seem right, the bar becomes much slower and recharges much faster when you activate the perk, why would the animation have been charged to be like that if that wasn't supposed to be how it works?

Because it was changed to work like that when perks were fixed
