CSGO 1v1 Details

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
I would first try to get contact with the player that is disrespectful to a another player then tell him to be quiet. If he stills being disrespectful then give him a warning, If he is still trying it would result in a kick.
How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic )
I would do the same that i first said in Question 1, If he is playing music and being disrepectful to the other players i would give him kick.
How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server)
Instant kick, If he rejoins and start cheating again, Ban him. But this is once in like a month i don't think cheaters joins 1vs1 servers.
Why should I be chosen?: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become Admin, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words)))
Well, I am a really experienced player and i have a great love for this game and i have played ZARP on Garrys mod alot and i was soo glad that they did make a CSGO server. I am a really cool and chill guy and i am social person. I play atleast 3-5 hours csgo a day so i am spending alot on your 1 vs 1 server and will in the future.
