What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when someone that can be on both teams that is dead gives information that alters whether the person who is alive wins or loses [E.g] Saying where on the map either the death or runner is whilst dead

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If someone was disrespectful towards a player or staff I'd give the player a verbal warning while asking them to stop to to think of what the player they're disrespecting would feel like if they never took it as a joke, if they carry on I would warn or gag them when they get unmuted or gagged at, the end of the round and they carry on I would warn them then kick them and if they join back and carry on I would warn them once more leading to a ban

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words)))
I reckon I should be chosen because I have experience with moderating after moderating on 4 different servers but I have now left them, I would not abuse the role of being a moderator, I know all the rules and I do try to make people follow them so they stay out of trouble and I try to help lower ranked people more used to the game, also I'd like the role because since my pc is repaired I would be alot more active on the servers but besides from taking the job seriously I do enjoy playing with others and meeting new people and I can take a joke and in my opinion I think I am a nice person but if I get the role I will make sure others follow the rules, help the lower ranked players and log on as frequently as I can
