Suggestion Title: Challenge System


How would it benefit the server: The Challenge System if implemented will allow players to challenge one another to a one on one in game. This could be set to count, or not to count, for or against your ELO Rating in game. This would be much more efficient than waiting to get an arena with the player you want to go up against. This would be relatively easy to put on the server as there is a system already, I don't have the link ready however.


Potential Issues/Exploits: Players spamming one another with invites, easily fixable with a 60 second cool-down on challenging another player to a one on one.
