Luan's very helpful and active in his section, he's always moving, locking, deleting threads, etc. Whilst he's active in his section, he's even more so active on the forums in general, our emails are often spammed with Luan asking for things to be done that could easily be done if he had the position of Global Moderator. I feel he's experienced enough, knows his way around the forums, is very helpful, and always keeping an eye out on threads that need moderation.
