Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
During my times as a moderator was great, i have learnt alot from all the staff member. Most of them teaches me how to handle different type of F1 situation.Now, I will handle all the f1's very carefully to prevent any misunderstanding. I will always listen to both side situation then decide what to do to that sit. I will also guide new comers in the sever and i will let them know the rule well.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
There was a time, the sever had no admin online and there is a rule breaker prop blocking at spawn . I tried to let him know that that is a mass rule break and he wont listen, so i decided to kick him of this sever. After few minute, that player joined the sever and he came back i warned him 4 times to get him bann because he is still causing trouble to the sever. If i am a admin i can just straight ahead bann him from the sever

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be promoted to admin is because i really want to help out the sever more . Sometimes there will be F1's that a moderator cannot handle and need a admin to settle it so i cant really help much about it.Right now im trying to finnish as much f1's as i can to help out those new comers and stop those rule breaker that wants to destroy this community.Most the time i will be online when there is less staff member on the sever (when at night) this make me able to help the sever when there is someone breaking the rule .
