Try removing all the content that you have and installing the content used on ZARP such as m9k, and the custom packs we have on the workshop. If the issue persists I'd advise looking into possible network issues instead of client issues as there might be something stopping you from connecting to the servers.

If possible I'd like to know if you're able to join other ZARP servers such as deathrun, bhop or TTT.
