if you have DX 7 type: -dxlevel 70

if you have DX 8 type: -dxlevel 80

if you have DX9 with Shader Model 2 type: mat_dxlevel 90

if you have DX9 with Shader Model 3 type: mat_dxlevel 95

if none worked, Then try to type in console: connect 185.38.149.104:27015

make sure that you allowed all custom files to be downloaded from server.
