Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match means killing someone in game with no reason or RP involved.

Example:Timzorrr buys a gun from a gun shop then walks out and kills the first player he see's for no reason.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule Means you are unable to intervene with something that happened in your previous life, you are also not allowed to visit the same district you were killed in for 3 minutes
Example: Timzorrr raids Syrax and kills him, Syrax then comes back and kill Timzorrr because he does not want to lose his stuff.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is using outside or previously gained knowledge and relaying that to other players for personal gain or advantage.

Example: Syrax says “I am being raided please come help I am in spawn" In /OOC Chat or /advert

Explain how you would handle the following situation.
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

I would get both Player y and x to give both sides of the story if the stories matched and player y did RDM player x I would warn player y. But if the stories are differant I would ask for proof, if the proof was valid I would warn player y for RDM.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would again ask player y and x for their sides to what had happened. If player y claimed that he didn’t NLR I would ask for proof off of player x. If the proof that was given looks legit I would then warn player y for breaking NLR, I would also tell the player not to lie to a member of staff and would tell him to read the rules again

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would start the situation off by warning player x verbally and explain the Metagaming rule to him. If player x then continues doing it I would warn player x for Metagaming.

I have been a member of Zarp’s community since 2015 I would now like to give something back to Everyone in the community by helping out as a member of staff, I would like to help people as they have helped me before. I am also on most of the time so I will be able to help everyone's F1 problem out as best as I can. I have had experience as staff on many different Servers so I know what I am doing
