I don't like the idea of making a guide for this.
Everyone's Application should be completely individual, you'll see alot of similar applications then & will make it difficult to see If someone actually puts alot of effort into it. Right now you can use really decent applications (based on design and content) as positives.. or negatives If it doesn't.
If you're zero creative and obviously don't put any effort into your Application you most likely don't deserve the position you're applying for.
People should use their common sense to know If their Application is good or not. No need for a Guide.
That's my opinion atleast.
