How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
First i would tell him to stop being disrespectful against another player/give him a verbal warning. If he continues disrespecting and didn't listen to me in first place i would give him a warning and a gag/mute. If admins don't have powers or if there isn't a warn command i would give him only a mute/gag.

How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic)
If a player is mic spamming i would ask him to stop and give him a verbal warning. If he doesn't listen and keep spamming through his mic i would give him a warning and a gag. (Same as at the disrespectful part if there isn't a warn command i would gag him)

How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server)
First i would spectate him for a couple rounds to be sure if he is hacking or not. When i am sure that he is hacking i would ask other staff members to help so we are sure that he is hacking. If there is an anticheat command i would Anticheat him and if he's indeed cheating/hacking i would ban him.

Why should I be chosen?: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become Admin, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words)))
I should be chosen because i am trusted with powers (Currently i am a deathrun admin for a half year now). And i like to help other people out with their problems or help them if they have any questions. I enjoy playing on the server and want to help the server with stopping the rule breakers so everyone can have fun on the server. I know i don't have much activity yet as the server just got launched yesterday.
