CSGO 1v1 Details

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.) First of all I would ask friendly if he can stop. If he doesn't stop after some minutes I will mute/kick him. And I will explain what he is doing wrong.

How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic ) I would ask him if he can stop with micspamming/playing music. If he does not stop I will mute him for a amount of time. After some time I would ask him if he won't do it again. If I unmuted him and he still goes further I will kick him.

How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server) I would ask if he can turn his cheats off. If he ignores it and does not stop I will give him a kick. If he comes back and still cheating. I would ban him for a amount of time.

Why should I be chosen?: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become Admin, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (This part should be atleast 75 words))) I think I'am a very trusted person. And I'am always will to help people with problems or anything. I'am very into CS:GO these days. I think I'am very good in helping people with there problems. Even if they are annoying. I will do my best and ban/kick rulebreakers. I'am very calm and I think a good guy. I won't warn people to fast if they are doing something wrong. I would always help them first and look if they know the rules. I hope I can become a good Admin for the Zarp community on the CS:GO server. I think I'am pretty good in CS:GO so I think I know if someone is hacking or not.
