How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

First of all I would talk to him and tell him to stop disrespecting and if he continues I will tell him that he will be kicked/banned if he continues to disrespect. If he does not listen, he will be kicked once. If he comes back and I particularly know that it was that person, I will ban him for 1 day or even more depending if it's racism, sexism, or homophobic actions.



How would you deal with a player that is Mic Spamming?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player that is mic spamming / playing music through their mic )

If the person is mic spamming, I shall ask him nicely to stop and if he doesn't, I will mute him for some time, and if he doesn't learn from the consequence and continue to play music, he will be kicked and even banned after. If he is mic spamming then I shall repeat the consequences for the music playing but mute him for longer and banning him would be the correct option.

How would you deal with a cheater/hacker?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player using Client Side Modifications to play unfairly in the server)

If the player is cheating, It's more of a serious matter and not compared to something disrespectful. The person who is cheating in my opinion should be banned for a couple of days and if he does carry on cheating when returning then he shall be banned for a couple of weeks and then counted as permanently banned. Cheating is not tolerated in CS:GO and is taken serious by many.

I am an experienced player within CS:GO, I play the game a lot and I am a very high rank. I want to become a staff member in the CS:GO community because I want to help other people from racist, homophobic and even sexist people. Cheating would be taken serious if I was an admin. I shall defend the server/community with my powers respectfully and hopefully make them all happy. CS:GO is the game I mostly play and shall be on the server for a long time on it to practice my aim and even help other people.
