Although the log's make it clear that he did indeed kill Player X while having NLR, he could have a solid reason e.g He could have gotten defibbed , he could have killed Player X in crossfire , Player X may have shot him first etc. So you gotta ask both sides of the story and get relevant proof before you decide to warn someone.
