If you can handle it, then don't resign but be expected to get demoted if activity is not efficient or your work ethic is undermining. I for one was staff on two (three?) servers at the time and I couldn't handle activity-wise on one of them as I was pumping dedication into the other one; so I resigned on one and focused all on keeping one server in my mind.

There's nothing wrong with helping, but applying for servers which you don't investigate the idea of getting accepted shows a sloppy image of yourself.

So before you interpret my "jumping ranks",
Don't resign if you're showing capability of multiple skills and a leveled dedication on those three servers.
